Computer Phone Repair at 24714 South Conduit Avenue, Rosedale, Queens, New York.

Horrible....I took my laptop to be repaired they said they fixed it which they didnt. All they did was wipe my computer clean of all data and reset windows. At first they tried to give me windows 7 or 8 when it came with windows 10. Then once I brought it home I could not connect to wifi and I had no touchscreen any longer. I took it back and was told the computer wasn't a touchscreen. I told them all they had to do was research the serial number and then they could see it clearly was a touchscreen so they finally fixed the touch feature. Took it home again and found that I still couldn't connect to wifi unless I was directly in front of my router. Nonetheless my friend came over my house to look at it and told me I had no hp support assistant on my computer which all hp computers come with. My friend downloaded hp assistant and aplied my missing drivers. Now my computer is working like it was new again. All in all I spent 200 dollars for them to delete all my files and tell me I didn't know what my computer had before I brought it to them. Had I known my friend fixes computers I would still have my files and my 200 dollars. Worst experience ever.
