Roy Thomas is a lier! He will say anything to you to make a sale! Promising you a low quote and makes you make a decision just on the price without any details and then a month later jumps the price, and when you confront him about it, he hangs up the phone on you and says don't call me again! He is not helpful and any other agent is 100x better! Even online is more useful then Roy Thomas! Very rude and when you need his help, he his no where to be found! Only cares about the sale, and not you! Good luck folks
