Arepalicious at 137-20 Cross Bay Boulevard, Ozone Park, Queens, New York.

So my first visit here was terrible. I decided to try it again yesterday after giving it a few weeks. Still horrible.
Customer service is very poor, and this diminishes every other aspect of the establishment.
We ordered rice and beans with chicken and the lady said she couldn't put the order in together, she would have to put it in separately. What does that even mean..?
Aside from the fact that it took her 10 minutes to even take our order, she then told us the wait would be 30 minutes. For rice and beans!??
I really expected the service to be better after giving it a few weeks but it wasn't.
