If I could give this facility a negative rating, I would. The case manager is anything but helpful and has even been known to be verbally abusive. This is not only true of the current case manager, but the previous one as well. This facility is dangerous. If there is an emergency in someone's room, he or she cannot dial 911 directly. They have to dial 0 on their room phone to reach the front desk, and sometimes no one even answers that phone. Please do not recommend this adult home to anyone you love or care about!
