AVOID THIS PLACE!! especially during halloween season. they don't let you exchange ANY items even if you are returning them literally the next day for an item they wouldn't even let you try on because there is a limit on how many you can try. apparently 2 is the limit. seems they are desperate to make any sales. even online stores have better return/exchange policies. smh. PLUS all their items are beyond overpriced for everything including costumes you can find at party city cheaper. save yourself the headache and go to another store. never will I give another cent to this place.
