I went to this tax accountant for my 2008 tax return. After spending an hour with the accountant, I left without knowing whether or not I was getting a refund...and if so, how much. I was told that it would take up to a week for him to get back to me! With my former accountant (before we moved to this area), I knew immediately when we were done with the appt. Beyond this, when I received the paperwork, I found numerous errors!!! So, I had to go to another accountant to get it corrected. (Note - I contacted Ciccaroni to let him know about the errors. He told me that he would fix it and get back to me....he NEVER did.) Another issue...I called their office one day at about 4:30 pm. I needed to request that a copy of my taxes get faxed to another office. I was told by the accountant's wife that their office was closed for the day and that she shouldn't have answered the phone because her husband was going to get mad at her. After some persuasion, I finally got them to fax the taxes to the office that needed it. Oh yes...and when I called, I was told, "You know, this is tax season and we never get a break. If I answer all of the calls, we will never get anything done." Very unprofessional and not reliable. Normally, I don't leave reviews...but, I don't want someone to make the same mistake that I did.
