Poor customer service.
Called to make an appointment, told the lady I needed an appointment for Friday , she says "for who!!??" In a very demeaning tone. I say I'm a first time patient and she scolded me, saying I'm suppose to tell her that. How am I supposed to know that when I never called before? The rest of our exchange was horrible as well, she was constantly rude and demeaning. I don't know how the dentists are at this location, but the woman on the phone was so nasty that I wouldn't ever want to do business with this place.
