Forest Day Spa LLC at 68-08 Forest Avenue, Ridgewood, Queens, New York.

This place is HORRIBLE. The 1st floor is suppose to be call Medical Office. They have plastic surgeons that don't care about the patient. They do have way jobs and when a patient complains the owner ( who refuse to admit she ownes the place) give them a free massage. Like that will justify the botch surgery. I even heard that one of the assistant did a patient's nose and ruined that poor lady's face. I can't believe this place has being in business for so long. The spa is an ok place...if you don't mind making an appointment and they keep rescheduling. I would NEVER recommend any there.
