Fresh Start at 29-13 23rd Avenue, Astoria, Queens, New York.

As I am restricted to a gluten free diet I thought fresh start would be a perfect fit... I was very wrong. The food is overpriced for a start, but not unusual for organic and gluten free. My raw porridge was $11, I was told it would take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I requested a refund because I was late to work, however the cashier refused. The porridge had been left in a blender, the chef forgot and had made countless other juices. When I said I needed to leave and that I needed a refund, they blended the porridge back up and gave it to me. Regardless of how long the item took and how they blatantly disregarded my request, the porridge was awful. I would liken it to a steaming hot cup of peanut butter. Terrible customer service, overpriced, rude, and forgetful.
