I did not get burn or scaring. Celina advised me all the things to avoid before and after doing laser hair removal , also she gave me a form to fill out that state how to prepare before and after the laser treatment for hair removal. She was straight forward of all side effects that could happen if I don't follow the protocol for eg hyperpigmentation, hyperpigmentation., etc So far I follow the protocol and never had a problem.
