    Placed order for flowers with delivery over the phone. Flowers were never delivered, no explanation.
    They never answered the phone when I called to inquire about the order. Left message, no response.
    Had to have the charge removed from my credit card from the credit card company.
    Such poor customer service- you don't have to see the flowers.
    What a disappointment. Who does business like this?
