The PDR team has been immensely helpful with our Brooklyn apartment and has become the go-to crew for our entire condo building. They repaired our ceiling and walls after a flood from the upstairs neighbors, refinished our floors, painted walls and replaced a door. They were easy to work with, did a great job and -- gasp -- are easy to get ahold of! Nik is so great to work with. If you deal with contractors enough you know that finding a good one can be tricky and so we and our condo management company are so glad to have found Nik and the crew at PDR. All the people in the crews who came to my house, the first checking on the water damage and the second fixing the missing shingles on the roof, were polite and answered my questions and discussed what work they were going to do. They were efficient and neat.
