This week I had a flat tire and I called my insurance NJMC that I had a flat tire . I kept on calling after they said , service would be there at 200 pm ,I called the insurance and the toad side assistance , they told me to wait . On point said that they’re late because of the bad weather . On pint Arnhem mr a couple of text — arrival at 39 min and no show nor a follow up from them . At around , 440 pm after I gave waited for almost 5 hrs , I called up
Never go and buy a car from this shed car lot. I recently bought a very old car and there was something wrong with it - that it’s a danger to drive it on the road . This a historic car that neeeds a lot of fixing . Overpriced and I went to other websites but they only wanted around $ 7,000 and change for three same car . Low mileage and well maintained . The car sales rep have been giving me a headache for the past 3 days . They said yesterday , pick up the car and it’s ready . But when we went there .. the car was nowhere to be found . I ve never used a mom and pop car dealership . Better off dealing with a bid car dealership NJMC again and this time they sent another roadside assistance within 10’mkbs . Further more, when I had spoken to onpoiny ,, the person on the other line was condescending — as for me no point of using them ever !!!!
