*Quick summary* I had the most horrible first experience at this location. Last week I walked and was greeted, I explained what I wanted done and store manager Mr. Raymond directed me to Ms. Tazi. I explained to Ms. Tazi S. exactly what I wanted. Same phone just with Tmobile service. Let me add that she was texting the entire time during my transaction which might explain why she messed up. *skip* She brought out a 32GB phone and I just happened to see that it wasn't the 128GB that I originally asked for. This should have been my first warning sign (besides the texting). I asked her to please give me the same exact phone that I have now. She then added that it would have to be ordered because it was not in stock at the store. Why didn't you say that instead of trying to play me for a fool! As well as no matter how many questions I asked she failed to explain what my plan would be. Next she didn't give me a paper receipt for the transaction that took place, explaining that I would just get one in my email. I was there for over an hour and had just gotten off work; I wanted to leave. 3 days later and my new phone arrives at my house. You guessed it! Wrong phone! As soon as I got the phone I went to the store to try to get the correct one, and even thought the gentlemen was nice, I felt like what they did next was just messed up. He explained that I would have to be charged another $500 to get the phone that I originally wanted. At that point I just asked him to cancel the entire transaction. I still have hope for Tmobile but definitely won't be going back to this location. 2 thumbs down for me!
