T-Mobile at 20520 Jamaica Avenue, Hollis, Queens, New York.

I should've read the reviews before sending my warranty replacement here. My phone was supposed to arrive at this location 1/19. I called them yesterday to pick it up, and they informed me their systems were down. I understood that. I called back today, the guy I spoke to was nice and tried his best, but he couldn't find it either. I called tmobile customer care and they called the store, the manager wasn't there and wouldn't be there for a half an hour. So I wait the half an hour. The manager couldn't find the phone either. Now I have to wait another day for my phone. How unorganized can a business be? How come the manager isn't at the store working? It's honestly ridiculous. I haven't had the best experience with tmobile, my last exchange I had to wait 4 exchanges in, in order to get a working phone
