Dr. Yen is amazing. He’s fluent in English and Chinese. He’s friendly and makes his patients feel comfortable and less nervous. He’s competent and knowledgeable of his skills. I would give him five stars, but the receptionists are not very knowledgeable. I always had difficulties every time I called the clinic. Every time I call, I’d have to speak to two different people and get interrupted by the receptionists in the middle of a sentence, I have ask the same questions at least twice. I always get frustrated when speaking to them through the phone. Perhaps it’s the language barrier, but being rude is unnecessary.

Dr. Yen, however, is wonderful. I would definitely recommend to see him.

Yen Dentistry is great doctor. If you look for efficiency and friendly dentist, you will like Yen Dentistry. He treats patient kindly and hard working. In addition, the clinic room is clean and neat. The staff in front door are nice and kind. Once you go in, you will love Yen dentist and his co-workers.
